Koshland Hall Conference Rooms / Projectors
Koshland Hall has several rooms of different sizes and set-up for use. Rooms must be reserved in advance. Priority is given to PMB faculty and students.

Office hours: Priority is given to PMB courses. Please use the smaller conference rooms for office hours.
Reservations can be made for the current semester only. Please reserve at the start of each semester.

How to Reserve a Room
- Your name, lab and phone number.
- The purpose of your meeting.
- Which room you request (111E, 274, 338 or 438 Koshland Hall).
- Your preferred time and date. If this is for a recurring request, the last week the meeting should take place (not to exceed 15 weeks). For recurring meetings, please do not request a conference room more than 2 months before the term. Requests should be made no earlier than June for Fall, November for Spring, or March for Summer.
Conference room requests are responded to by PMB Front Desk Reception, 111 Koshland Hall. We will get back to you same day with a reservation, or questions.

Reserve a Projector and/or Laptop
The grassy area between Mulford Hall, the Li Ka Shing Center, and the Genetics, Plant & Microbiology Building (near Pat Brown's Grill) can be reserved.
